My name is Jason Stella, I live with my wife in Missouri. I have always been interested in art, especially as a child. My mediums of choice at that time were pencil, charcoal or pen & ink.

Life happens and things change. My passion now is oil painting. The bulk of my work is Landscape & Wildlife, in particular Western art. However, I have the privilege of working in Cardiac & Thoracic surgery department and from time to time I am able to capture a unique composition of the “usual goings on” of the OR which are then represented in Oils.

I am self-taught, with the exception of an occasional You-Tube video.
